Prices

All prices are inclusive of the VAT. The prices quoted are subject to possible price changes by the publishers or suppliers. We expressly reserve the right to make price adjustments.

Orders
All orders are are generally binding. In the event of obstacles to delivery you will as soon as possible via e-mail. In this case you have the Possibility to cancel your orders within 14 days. If the goods are not in stock at the time of ordering, we will try to deliver as soon as possible.

Security and privacy
Personal data will of course be treated confidentially and not made available for use by any other company. For protection your personal data, all data is encrypted before it is will be sent to us.
If you order something, we need your name, your e-mail address and your shipping address.
If you register for a newsletter, we need your e-mail address.

Delivery within Switzerland
We always deliver by post and only within Switzerland.
The postage and packaging flat rate is CHF 9.00.

Pick up at the Polarity Education Centre
You have the possibility to to pick up the ordered product in our office. During the ordering process You are offered the option "Pickup".

Terms of payment
20 days net from date of invoice

Return of goods
We take back goods in perfect, saleable condition within 10 days. Sound carriers, videos and DVDs are generally excluded from this for copyright reasons. In case of manufacturing defects and wrong deliveries we will exchange the article in question against an impeccable copy.
Please always enter the customer number, invoice number and reason for Return to. The return takes place on own liability/risk.

If the delivered goods are subject to the ordered, the return of the goods is on your own risk. costs. The goods must not have been taken into use or be be returned in a deteriorated condition.
